SSI Swim Team Prep

The goal of this class is to teach students to swim 24M (80 ft) using the Freestyle stroke, and to dive in and swim across the pool.

Front Crawl (freestyle) 30M (100 ft) w/ Bilateral Breathing, Competitive Backstroke 30M (100 ft), Breaststroke 30M (100 ft), and Butterfly 30M (100 ft).

Final goals in this class are:

• 792M (2600 ft) Front Crawl
• 396M (1300 ft) IM w/o any DQ techniques
